The Annual Retreat is a much cherished annual event at FXB India Suraksha. This year we trekked across the Sandhan Valley, Maharashtra dotted with the breathtaking ancient boulders.

Around 1200 children from FXBIS (FXB India Suraksha) project villages' in, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, participated in handwashing demonstrations and workshops under the theme 'raise hands for hygiene' around the country.

To mark children's day, a series of events were hosted in different pockets of Andhra Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and more than 500 children were part of it.

A day for dear daughters

FXB India Suraksha as one of the participants at NGO ASIA EXPO- Asia's premier exhibition for NGO's, NPO's and social foundations, which tries to examine issues of pressing global concern, share innovative ideas and practices, and build strategic partnerships.

The team got together for the Half Yearly Review meeting in Visakhapatnam in Andhra pradesh. 

The purpose of the meeting was to review where we are today as compared to where we last met in December in Delhi and also to use the opportunity to discuss issues and ideas together. 

The five days orientation and training program on mobile based baseline survey and water point mapping was organized by FXB India Suraksha in Ranchi.

This year FXB India Suraksha (FXBIS) celebrated the power of many women to mark the day. To make this day special, FXBIS hosted a series of events under the theme 'Make it Happen' in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Manipur, Mizoram and Uttar Pradesh.

With the launch of the campaign Speak up for Child Rights #ChildInMe during 125th Children's Day celebrations all across India, FXB India Suraksha takes a step ahead in effort to protect children and their rights.

As a part of the global campaign 'Give Life a Hand', school children across 11 countries came together to celebrate Global Handwashing Day On 15th October.

Like every year this year also children from a slum in Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida had a fun time painting diyas for Diwali.

FXB India Suraksha works for the protection against child abuse and exploitation in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

FXB India Suraksha, the collaborative NGO for CHILDLINE in Gautam Budh Nagar, organized a workshop on National Initiative for Child Protection on 26th of March.

On International Women’s Day, FXB India Suraksha celebrated the spirit of womanhood with a salute to all change agents. To make this day special, a series of events were hosted in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Manipur and Uttar Pradesh.

AREVA foundation & FXB India Suraksha's collaborative effort to provide comprehensive care at Lawan, Rajasthan is on.

FXB India Suraksha organised a pre diwali painting workshop for the beneficiaries from nearby slum in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Like last year this year also Diya (Earthen Lamp) painting, paper craft making and mehendi competition was attended by kids aged between 3-12 yrs in full zest.

FXB India Suraksha operates an education center in NOIDA Sector-16 slum area.

Acting on a tip off from FXB India Suraksha, RCPCR rescued 51 children, including 27 girls from two illegal child shelter homes on 12th March 2013. These children had been brought to the city from far-flung areas of country's north-east with a promise of good education and accommodation.

FXB India Suraksha organised a Diya painting competition in NOIDA slum on Diwali eve (12th Nov, 2012). 47 kids turned up which was much above our expectation. Three kids, Nandini, Jyoti and Ruchi were adjudged first, second and third respectively and received a set of fabric colors each.
