Neelam Ganesh carries with him over a decade of work experience. His two qualifications - MSW and MBA from Andhra University, have equipped him with a keen sense of professionally managing the projects while being passionate about addressing community needs. Ganesh specializes in community mobilization and participatory development initiatives with communities.
Bikash Das
Project Manager (Kamrup District)
Bikash Das holds an MSW degree in Community Organization from the University of Pune and a BA in Education from Guwahati University. This twin combination enables him to make rapport with the individual and community very quickly, and mobilise them to form effective self-help groups and/or other community organisations at grassroots level. A thorough team player with experience gained from working with NGOs, government and the corporate sectors, his biggest strength and motivation, Bikash says, is his love for the profession. Going for long drives on long winding roads of the hills with family comes to a close second.
Jayashree Talukdar
Field Coordinator (Darrang)
Jayashree Talukdar (MA, MSW) is interested in working for the marginalized community since she believes that grassroots development is getting ignored in the current paradigm of country’s development, which is largely urban centric. Jayashree loves to engage with children, and is of the firm view that it is a very basic right of any child as well as crucial for any long-term sustainable development to happen.

Kishor Barman (MSW) is passionate about working with the community for their development and enable them to live with dignity. He believes in implementing holistic programmes, which address the community’s needs in health, education, livelihood and living in a safe environment. Kishor has been with FXBIS Assam Team since 2015.

Equipped with an MSW degree and around 3 years of experience, Deep Jyoti Kalita is a dedicated worker. He works passionately for and alongside the community(s) to mobilise them to work harder for their own improvement, while he becomes the catalyst.
Pallabi Mallick
Networking Coordinator (Kamrup)
Pallavi Mallick is a Masters in Social Work. Being a professional social worker, it gives her enormous pleasure to work in the social sector since it deals with real issues impacting the lives of people every day, while shaping the future generations too. Her interest in capturing field activities through her two eyes and several camera lenses has earned her the reputation of in-house Raghu Rai.
Reben Basumatary
Field Coordinator (Panitema, Kamrup)
Reben Basumatary is a graduate in Social Work and has been with the Kamrup project since its start. He believes in learning on the job and has taken his profile to reach out to the marginalized rural poor on a mission mode.
Catherina Borgoyari
Field Coordinator (Kamrup)
Catherina Borgoyari is a graduate in English (Hons.), She is very much interested in developing her professional journey in the Development sector and build her capacities in contributing towards development of her State via community intervention and building shared narratives of development with the local people. Catherine says she is more a “learner” than a “change-maker” in the process of community engagement.

Ronen Basumatary
Project Officer (Ri Bhoi District)
Ronen Basumatary oversees FXBIS’ Holistic Rural Development Programme initiated with support from HDFC. As team leader, he is responsible for initiating activities and schemes, which relate to areas of education, livelihoods, health and protection and safety for women and children. Ronen has been an enthusiastic implementer and dedicated at work especially in rural settings. “A drive to help others and to make a positive lasting impact on the well being of others is what I am passionate about”, reads his status on social media profiles.
Probinus Suting
Senior Field Coordinator (Ri Bhoi)
Probinus Suting is a graduate by qualification but the knowledge he has gained from years of field experience far outweighs his qualification. He supports his Project Officer in each task ranging from grass roots intervention, community mobilizations, to administrative and networking.
Arnoll Kurbah
Junior Field Coordinator (Ri Bhoi)
Arnoll Kurbah has shown the extraordinary ability to radiate happiness in the lives of farmers through livelihood promotion interventions, which is his passionate area of interest. He is extremely popular among the farming families of Ri Bhoi due to his ardent interest in them.

Khoinaijam Sunil Meitei
Project Officer, FXBVillage (Imphal)
Khoinaijam Sunil Meitei is post-graduate in Data Acquisition Management. He leads the FXB Village team in five villages of East Imphal district. His specialization lies in understanding the social issue(s) in both location as well as community specific contexts, in order to ideate and implement the solutions. He is passionate about working at grassroots especially for the children, who are in need of care and protection. This interests him the most. Sunil is also our in-house film-maker, occasionally making short films of our field interventions from time to time.
A Wungreiso Shangh
Project Officer – MUKTI programme (Manipur)
A Wungreiso Shangh is masters in Sociology from the North Eastern Hills University, Shillong. He has also earned a certificate in psychological counseling plus three years of counseling experience with adolescents and pregnant couples. He has been working with FXBIS since 2015 as Project Officer on child protection and human trafficking, and has shown tremendous capacity in multi-tasking - Coordinating two districts on HIV-TB project for five years (as Supervisor and District Coordinator), organizing nearly 70 mobile health camps, piloting an old age project in Ukhrul district, organizing and speaking in more than 150 youth camps focusing on moral, physical and psycho-social empowerment of youths and adolescents. He has also worked as researcher on intravenous drug users (IDUs) and female sex workers (FSW) and on adolescent sexual health and practices in Ukhrul district. Aso – as he is fondly referred, adores speaking and interacting with adolescents.
Songamla Leikha
Social Worker (Ukhrul)
Songamla Leikha has bachelors degree in Science from the Manipur University. She has extensive experience of teaching primary students for six years. She joined FXB India Suraksha in December 2017 in the capacity of a Social Worker to work on child safety and human trafficking. She looks after the Kamjong block of Ukhrul district. Songamla loves to travel and interact with community members and adolescents.
Akoijam Iboyai Singh
Field Coordinator – FXB Village (East Imphal)
Akoijam Iboyai Singh is Masters in Social Work and his responsibilities include building rapport with the community, community mobilization, interaction with the children and community members and providing psycho-social support to the individuals and families he engages with. He has recently joined the Manipur FXB Village team and is found to be passionate about learning and implementing the learnings on field.

Social Worker (Ukhrul)
H.A. Lingsangmi holds a graduate degree in Arts from Manipur University. Since her college days, she was actively involved in organizing small projects for the underprivileged and the geographically marginalized, with active engagement from the students’ union of which she was a part.Lingsangmi has more than two years of field experience, and prior to joining FXBIS, she worked as Report Writer for Inter-Collegiate Evangelical Union.

Jharkhand

Kaushik Pal
Project Manager (Ranchi District)
Kaushik Pal is an MBA in marketing. His expertise in running any programme with utmost accuracy and time-bound delivery is notable. He has led the State team in introducing the Jharkhand WASH promotion project with an integrated approach to implement FXBIS core domain programme 8 years ago. Kaushik is now well-known in the government official circle, the NGOs and INGOs working in the State and is popular among the community people. Advocacy, capacity building, IEC/BCC and implementation of programmes at grass-root level is his strong-hold along with the diverse technical and non-technical intervention strategies on developing water security plans for the district.Under Kaushik’s able leadership, the Jharkhand Team received “TEAM AWESOME AWARD” from FXBIS Secretariat in 2017.
Gautam Ghosh
Administrative Officer (Namkum block, Ranchi)
A corporate sector professional turned developmental activist-worker, Gautam Ghosh handles administration and finance matters deftly. He is also responsible for advocacy with different key stakeholders as well as networking between the district government officials, donors and communities. He possesses comprehensive understanding of water security plans (being recently initiated in Namkum block) and WASH related interventions at the field, apart from the national/ state sponsored programmes and schemes on health, livelihood, education and the vulnerable categories of STs, women and children.Gautam received the "All Rounder Award" from FXBIS in 2017 for his noteworthy contribution in all areas of programme activities.
Hari Narayan Mishra
Field Coordinator (Namkum, Ranchi)
Hari Narayan Mishra has been with FXBIS for more than 10 years. He has given a remarkable positive contribution towards mobilizing and organising community participation in developmental work around livelihoods, HIV/AIDS, trafficking and WASH themes.
Paulus Topno
Field Coordinator (Namkum, Ranchi)
Paulus Topno has the distinction of being a post-graduate in Political Science as well as Rural Development. He is also a certified trainer from the State Institute of Rural Development, Jharkhand. His key intervention areas include working on reviving and sustaining the momentum for the national TB Dots programme, promoting kitchen garden among families for an added source of livelihood, college youth empowerment and involvement in community development programmes, sensitization of PRIs and WASH.
Asrita Khalkho
Field Coordinator (Namkum, Ranchi)
A graduate by qualification, Asrita Khalkho’s key strengths lie in SHG formation, capacity building of the SHG, networking for the SHGs for market development opportunities besides linking them with banks and involving inter-lending between SHGs for income generation activities and developing knowledge in WASH.
Premlata Kumari
MIS (Management Information System) Assistant, (Namkum, Ranchi)
Premlata Kumari has obtained a masters degree in Commerce. She has worked with corporate houses like HCL and Aditya Birla Group before joining the social sector. Her expertise lies in maintaining the data base resourcefully and developing attractive and engaging ‘teaching/learning materials’ for our NFE classes. Premlata has also gained proficient knowledge on developing WSP maps concerned with WASH.

Andhra Pradesh

S.V.R.S.K.Gupta
Project Officer (Visakhapatnam)
S.V.R.S.K.Gupta completed M.Com in Finance from Andhra University in 2007. He holds 10 years of experience in finance management and programme implementation in all four domains, namely, livelihoods, health, education and protection & safety.  He is extremely efficient in office administration as well as finance management. Often labeled as the “trouble shooter of crisis”, SVR is passionate about creating model enterprises among remotely set rural communities to improve the livelihoods of the marginalized.
N.Satti Babu
Office-cum-Field Coordinator (Visakhapatnam)
N. Satti Babu holds a bachelor’s degree from Andhra University. He is very adept at handling the office management and maintenance. His organizational and mobilization skills are also to be seen in field-related tasks. Satti Babu is passionate about serving the communities of remote corners of India to bring constructive changes for them.    

Tamil Nadu

S.John Paul
Project Officer (Nesal, Villupuram)
S. John Paul holds a masters degree in Social Work. As Project Officer, he has been involved in educating the Nesal village residents, especially the disadvantaged communities, about their rights and improving their accessibility to government run schemes and public utility infrastructure. John supervises the livelihood related activities (such as poultry, mushroom cultivation, tailoring, etc.) and also leads the team in organising health camps, protection and safety workshops and running the ‘Suraksha Education Centres’ at Nesal.

Accounts Officer (Nesal, Villupuram)
S. Raja holds an MBA degree in Finance. He has been extremely efficient in handling all project and specific activity related accounts. Raja also willingly contributes his outreach services in the community as and when the need arises, which is very frequent.

B.Ayyanar holds an MA degree in Tamil language. He is extremely sincere about promoting economic empowerment among the village women through addressing their difficulties.
H. Rajeshwari
Out-reach Worker (Nesal, Villupuram)
H. Rajeshwari holds a graduation degree. Her passion is to bring the children as potential contributors for societal well-being in the coming years – a reason she is invariably seen with children conducting life-skill workshops or NFE classes to train them to achieve higher and more intricate knowledge.

Anita Dayal
Project Officer (Jaipur)
Anita Dayal has been with FXBIS since 2011. A post-graduate in Sociology, she has around 10 years of professional experience working in the development sector on themes of child protection, child counseling and advocacy against child sexual abuse and trafficking.  She has received training for counseling of HIV/AIDS sufferers from SALOME in 2006, training on “Management Development Program for Community Organizers” from HUDCO in 2010 and also training of child counselling from NIPCID. Anita seemed the perfect fit for our ‘Railway Platform Children Programme’ in Jaipur and she has proven her worth so well in running the project and introducing new ideas that FXBIS awarded her with “The Innovator” award in 2017.  
Mukesh Chand Mahawar
Social worker (Jaipur)
Mukesh Chand Mahawar is a graduate from Rajasthan University and has been with FXBIS since 2010. He has demonstrated extremely refined qualities of work ethics and his engagement on the field with communities. Working for children is his driving passion motivating him to contribute beyond his hundred percent at work. In appreciation of his work, Mukesh was awarded the “Community Champion” award by FXBIS in 2017.
Dinesh Sharma

Dinesh Sharma has been working with FXBIS since 2013. He is a post-graduate in Political Science from Rajasthan University. Dinesh holds valuable experience of working with vulnerable communities, both rural and urban, and is passionate about ensuring a safe haven for the disadvantaged children under his care.

Virender Kumar Churisiya
Project Coordinator
Virender Kr. Churisiya has obtained master's in Social Work from the Delhi School of Social Work. He specializes in understanding and implementing development programmes for the unorganized sector, specially the migrant workers and construction labourers. After joining FXBIS in 2014, he was first posted to Pokhran, Rajasthan, for overseeing the implementation of our Integrated Community Development Programme (ICDP) amongst the rural marginalized communities. Virender currently leads the team, who implement Childline 1098 – a 24*7 helpline service to cater to children in any kind of distress, for GautamBudh Nagar district (NOIDA).
Geeta Chander
Project Officer (Sector 16, NOIDA)
Geeta Chander has Master Degree in Sociology. She is working as a Project Officer since 2011 on the ‘Urban Slum Development Intervention Programme’. Besides leading her team in effective community mobilization and pro-active participation, she also oversees the Suraksha Education Centre (SEC), which has over 90 children at present and the SEC Library located within the slum. Social work is passion for Geeta and it is proven through her skills in mobilizing and organizing the community around social causes, however hard the initial resistance and/or reluctance may be. In recognition of her zealous commitment, she was awarded the “Community Champion” award by FXBIS in 2017.

ShashikantPandey has over 8 years of experience in working with Childline 24*7 of GautamBudh Nagar district. He joined FXBIS in 2011 and has since being workingdedicatedly in the field of addressing children’s distress calls and coordinating with the police and government departments.
Devendra Kumar
Outreach Worker – ‘Childline NOIDA’
Devendra Kumar holds twin qualifications of B.Sc and B.Ed. His broad-minded attitude is the backbone of his deft handling of cases of child abuse or exploitation with sensitivity. Devendra has been with FXBIS since 2010.
Sunita Ramdhari
Outreach Worker – ‘Childline NOIDA’
SunitaRamdhari is pursuing masters in Sociology from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. She was one among the beneficiaries of the “Slum Intervention Programmes” of FXBIS, and through her sheer determination and sincerity made a place for herself as outreach worker with Childline NOIDA. She has been with the helpline service since 2011.
Bhupendra Singh
Outreach Worker – ‘Childline NOIDA’
Bhupendra Singh is in the final year of pursuing bachelors fromAmbedkar University, Uttar Pradesh. His association with FXBIS dates back to 2014, when he was recruited an outreach worker for Childline NOIDA. Bhupendra is passionate seeing every child in school and it is this passion, he says, which drives him to work diligently with children as well as communities to spread child rights.
Kiran Kumari
Outreach Worker – ‘Childline NOIDA’
Kiran Kumari holds a bachelor’s degree and has been with FXBIS since 2016. She has proved herself to be an earnest member of the Childline NOIDA team. The high point for her, Kiran says, comes each time she and/or her team manage to reunite a lost or run-away child with her/his family.
Raju Kumar
Outreach Worker – ‘Childline NOIDA’
Raju Kumar has pursued a bachelor’s in Tourism Studies from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He joined FXBIS in 2017.Raju manages routine administrative tasks as well as contributes towards the community outreach programmesthat Childline NOIDA conducts in the urban villages of GautamBudh Nagar district.
Sushila Kumari
Social Worker (Sector 16, NOIDA)
Sushila kumari has copmleted her graduation from IGNOU. She is working as a Social Worker since 2015  with FXBIS, on the ‘Urban Slum Intervention Development Programme’. She is deeply committed towards working for and with children, and specialises in organizing life-skill workshops as well as conducting NFE classes.

V.S. Yuvaraj
Project Officer (Puducherry)
V.S. Yuvaraj has a master’s degree in Non-Governmental Organisations & Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He comes with 16 years of experience in the Development sector, during which he was involved in child rights and protection, natural resource management, sustainable agricultural practices, climate change, disaster management, mitigation and preparedness, impact assessments of Self-Help Groups and STI/HIV/AIDS. Social infrastructural development is Yuvaraj’s passion. Yuvaraj is an avid as well as refined photographer, often found explaining nuances of photography to team members and community people alike.

Field Coordinator (Puducherry)
P. Rajakumar is a graduate and has also accomplished training in child pedagogy. He is a child activist, who loves to work with children. Since his joining FXBIS in 2011, he handles the trainings of children in life skill education, child rights and other child-centric themes. As a trained pedagogist, Rajkumar helps in the school education programme of children at the ‘Suraksha Education Centres’ across South India.

Out Reach Worker (Puducherry)
Azhagunathan has pursued his Teacher’s Training. He is a committed worker who likes to work with the community, especially children. He gets mingled with children easily and organizes different programmes for them. Having joined the Puducherry team in 2016, Azhagunathan plays the role of a multi-purpose worker and assists in implementing all programme activities at the field level.
V. Indhumathi
Out Reach Worker (Puducherry)
V. Indhumathi has a bachelors in Computer Applications, She was one of the volunteers conducting the evening Suraksha Education Programme in Sanyasikuppam village of Puducherry. Seeing her enthusiasm and sincerity, she was inducted as a regular staff member in 2018. Her role is to work closely with the local government departments of the balwadies, PHCs, CHCs and the like, besides assisting in implementing field level programmes.
