For over a decade, FXBIS served as the collaborative organisation partner for CHILDLINE 1098 — India's 24×7 toll-free emergency outreach and response service for children in need of care and protection, under Mission Vatsalya. Implemented across two districts (2011–2023), the programme ensured timely rescue, response, referral, rehabilitation, and restoration for children facing abuse, neglect, exploitation, trafficking, violence, and homelessness. Guided by CHILDLINE's Four-C Model — Connect, Catalyse, Collaborate, and Communicate — FXBIS was also nominated as Nodal Organisation during COVID-19 lockdown phases.
