SSLP is a specialised capacity-building initiative strengthening the response of law enforcement agencies to child protection, human trafficking, and violence against children. FXBIS has trained police personnel across ranks in child rights, anti-trafficking laws, child sexual abuse, victim-centred approaches, and key legislation including the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and the POCSO Act, 2012.
FXBIS signed an MOU with the Madhya Pradesh Police to institutionalise these trainings, collaborated with the MP Police Academy to establish a Gender Resource Centre, and designed and launched PRITI — a digital learning application providing police with access to legal resources, operational guidelines, and self-assessment tools.
“Training modules developed by FXBIS have been integrated into the regular training curricula of the Madhya Pradesh Police Academy and Assam Rifles — ensuring sustained capacity building within these institutions.”
